Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we make the refund process as simple as possible.

When am I eligible for a refund?

  • You may request a refund if you return your order within 30 days of receipt.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

  • Refunds are not available for items that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

  • If you choose a replacement or exchange option, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

How do refunds work?

  1. Contact our customer service at info@cestlavie-birmingham.uk to request a return form.

  2. Complete the form and include it with your return package.

  3. Send the product back to the return address provided, with a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  4. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

How will I receive my refund?

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank account).

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-refundable items

  • Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for a refund.

  • Any order returned without prior approval or without a completed return form may not be accepted.

Order cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this, the order is already processed and cannot be cancelled.
