When am I eligible for a refund?

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

Refunds are not available for items that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

If you choose a replacement or exchange option, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
How do refunds work?

Complete the form and include it with your return package.

Send the product back to the return address provided, with a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank account).

Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-refundable items

Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for a refund.

Any order returned without prior approval or without a completed return form may not be accepted.
Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this, the order is already processed and cannot be cancelled.
